Drainage ditch die is a rectangular groove used in drainage, farmland irrigation and both sides of highway. The length of drainage ditch die is generally between 1 and 2 meters. It belongs to one of the larger steel moulds, and the wall thickness required by the rectangle is thicker, basically more than 10 cm. Generally, this kind of drainage ditch mould is widely used in Northeast China, especially in the fields of farmland irrigation and paddy field irrigation in Northeast China. The effect of using drainage ditch to save water resources is very good. And drainage ditch is characterized by large capacity, compared with U-shaped slot for a lot of space, very suitable for irrigation. Drainage die has its own design characteristics, such as the size of inner diameter, wall thickness, height, width and so on. These basic data problems need to face the design of drawings to ensure the accuracy of size in order to start mass production.
Drainage ditch die is welded by steel plate. Usually it shows U-shaped design in structure. It is generally composed of two parts of steel plate, inner and outer slots. The two plates are fixed by screw. In the actual production process, the die made of steel obviously shows the nature of wear resistance. The steel is not easy to deform and has strong rigidity. And the steel plate can be completely sealed after welding, with strong sealing. But the steel plate has the disadvantage of poor corrosion resistance, so we should pay attention to the protection of the mould against rust when using and storing the mould.
